Need Help?? - Come Right In

Have you been in or are in a life situation where you think you have no way out? Do you feel life has no meaning or purpose? Do you feel unsatisfied and unfulfilled?

Such feelings are a result of our perception and reaction to life experiences. Loss of a loved one, financial mishaps, emotional upheavals.

Well, stop all the fretting. There is a way out; The exit from all your pains and troubles lies in your own hands. There are so many authors who have written books on self-help, positive thinking and the like. We are able to find so many training programs designed to help us out of life problems into a life full of bliss. THESE ARE COSTLY and sometimes difficult to put into practical use. WHY? For the simple reason that they are not tailor-made to your life situations.

Have you ever dreamed of a life full of, well, everything. Love, passion, financial freedom, bliss. Too good to be true? Read on and it COSTS NOTHING!!! REALLY

To begin with, we need to DE-STRESS ourselves. Try this simple exercise. You can do it at home, in the office, at the park, almost anywhere. And all you need is a couple of minutes. Sit in a very comfortable position - a position that YOU very comfortable in. Note that I said feel. You must FEEL very comfortable. You may choose to close your eyes. If you prefer, you can leave your eyes open and look at any object of nature. You can look at a leaf, a flower, the clouds, the rays of sunlight, the drops of rain.... it can be anything.

Take a DEEP BREATH - inhale and tell youself "I Love you", exhale saying "I Accept you for what you are". Do this three times. What do you feel? Relaxed, Calm, Loved, Empowered. These may be some of what you will feel.

You can use this simple exercise to calm your stress, to increase a happy moment, or just to BE.
